We currently accept HSA, cash and credit/debit card* as a form of payment. **We do not accept checks**

Cancellation Policy:
Therapy appointments MUST be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be billed a $75.00 cancellation fee. Credit card information will be kept on file for No Shows and/or Late Cancels.

We are in-network with BCBS OK, Community Care, Magellan, Optum UMR.
Out of Network Benefits
*All payment will be due at the time of services. If requested, we can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
